About Me
I am a first-year Ph.D. student in Linguistics at Stanford University.
My primary research interests lie in formal semantics and its interface with phonology and pragmatics. I am particularly interested in how conventional meaning of a clause interacts with discourse context in non-canonical sentence forms.
I received my B.A. in English Language and Literature and Linguistics, and M.A. in English Linguistics from Seoul National University. My thesis investigates the semantics and pragmatics of English rising declaratives, advised by Dr. Jungmee Lee.
